It's very delicate yet effective. Leaves lips very soft and smooth. I use at night with my cleansing routine, right before applying moisturizer. It seems to help absorb the hydration. Also, it's great right before applying a dark/red lip stick!!! For me, it's gentler than my usual sugar scrub and somehow much more effective. BTW, I have dry, mature skin! GREAT product!!!

I love that this scrub is in a lipgloss tube. I still have to use my fingers to rub it in or else it doesn't get all the flaking skin off, it's just too gentle for me. Most of the time I'd rather use LUSH's Mint Julips Lip Scrub instead. It does feel a tiny bit more luxurious because of the packaging but performance wise it's just ok.
