I have ridiculously dry lips. This works well if you use it after a shower when the flaky skin on your lips is damp and soft. Use it exactly as directed and all the dead stuff comes right off! Make sure you put balm on after you rinse it off to keep them soft. I use Lanisoh nipple cream on my lips (best stuff for your lips in addition to those breastfeeding nipples!) and it's like I've got a new set of lips. Love it!

This was just okay for me. I currently use the Julep Lip Scrub and it works so much better. I have very dry and chapped lips and since this product suggests to use only once a week, it wasn't enough. If it was a daily lip scrub I would have rated it much higher.
