I loved the color of the eyeliner, but it did not stay on my lids at all. I wouldn't say I have oily skin, but combination and by mid-day, the eyeliner had smudged on the top of my lids. I kept having to clean it up. I will have to try it again with primer and see how it stays on that way. But I loved how dark the color was and the precision of the tip.

THE COLOR IS GREAT IF IT DOESNT DRY OUT. IT GOES ON SMOOTHLY, BUT IT IS BEST USED IF YOU HAVE NO EYESHADOW ON. THE LINERS SEEMS TO DRY OUT AS YOU APPLY IT IF YOU HAVE A LID FULL OF SHADOW.

I really like this liner. It doesn't smudge and you can get a very nice precise line. My only issue is that it doesn't glide on as easily as I would like. I found myself having to do multiple short strokes rather than one long line.
