Messy - Not for Deep Set Eyes

I wanted to love this liner because I have been looking for a good one that won't run. I have deep set eyes, so many liners do. It applied very easily and looked nice, but some immediately ended up below my eyes even though I only applied on top. I removed the liner that ended up below and dried it so it wouldn't smudge more (removing it was a bit messy, too), but little dots continued to show up within minutes. Within the hour, there were extremely noticeable black marks all over my cheeks. I didn't even get the chance to wear it out. Very disappointed.

I found this to be a very nice, soft black eyeliner. The only complaint I have is it is a little stiff; it would apply better if it were creamier. The soft, slightly metallic black color is nice, it lasts all day and the packaging design is very cute. I really like the tip on this. It makes doing cat eyes very easy.

This eyeliner was perfectly fine, but I have others that I love and it just wasn't quite up to the same level. Maybe if it was another color I would like it more, but I also felt like it got flakey when I went back to reinforce the line. It had great staying power after it dried though.
