I was pumped to get a full size black liner in the box. I wear black liner every day, and I was very pleased with the quality of this liner. It goes on super smoothly and makes a perfect cat eye. It's easy to get heavy handed with, and it does smudge a bit, but to the right amount of smokey. The packaging is super cute and the convenient twist retraction is really user-friendly. A++

I had the opposite experience with this pencil from others - it gave me raccoon eyes after about 4 hours every time I wore it. I work in an office, so it's not as if the conditions were challenging. This is an even bigger bummer b/c I had to ask for a replacement since the original was broken upon arrival. I'd give two huge thumbs up for customer service though. Glad it works for others.

This is a decent quality eyeliner pencil. I personally don't see a metallic finish when I use it, perhaps others do? It is an intense color, which is nice. It has pretty good lasting power and doesn't wash away on your waterline. It smudges nicely and stays put. I like how it retracts as well.
