Although the calming effects of this patch weren't as noticeable as I would have liked, I did notice a slight calming. I'm not crazy about the smell, because menthol is such an over powering smell for me, and I don't necessarily like the feeling of it on my skin either. However, I know lots of people who enjoy it, so I would definitely give these as a gift all the time!

It seems like it worked for calming, but only 1 patch so the jury is still out on effectiveness. I'll be purchasing more to see if they really do work!

Never heard of these before and I am obsessed! I want to buy these for my friends asap! It was very easy to use, I actually felt calmer when it easbon and the price tag to buy more is actually not bad either, definitely buying!

I put the patch on and basically forgot about it. Didn't notice any effect at all. I wasn't surprised.. this is exactly what I expected. Then a few nights ago I was watching a YouTube video and the person was talking about Ashwagandha, something I have never heard of, and evidently she hadn't either until recently when she tried, I believe it was tea. She said she expected nothing but was amazed. And she said it was referred to as alcohol Replacement. She loved it and said she definitely felt it. She now wants to look into other herbs people are using now. And swears by this stuff. So now I'm interested. Going to research a little. Maybe it's this brand or not enough milligram. Not sure but I will definitely get to the bottom of it...(quick ly, where there is a buzz involved lol)

I not really sure I it works but it's not bad. one patch is hardly a good try at something. i didn't notice anything happen. but I do feel this would be god for a placebo effect.
