3I had this patch on my wrist for a while and didn't notice anything different. However, the sight of the patch made me remember to relax. I wouldn't have purchased on my own.

5I absolutely loved the be calm patch it helped reduce stress and anxiety that i was experiencing at a baby shower also reduced the need for nicotine. Would love to purchase more.
