Love this as an eyeliner!

I'm not one to wear a dark, smokey eye, so I wasn't sure that I would get much use from this. I tried it as a dry eyeliner, though, and was super impressed! It went on really well, is incredibly pigmented, stayed put all day, and there was no fallout!

I am in LOVE with this eyeshadow! It is smooth, like a chalk. No fallout what-so-ever! I have only tried it dry and it glides on so smoothly and you can blend it out as much as you want! Agh! I love this product!!!!
