Our At-Home Gym Checklist

Gym bag essentials are a necessity year-round. But just because you’re stuck inside doesn’t mean you can’t workout. Here’s our essential At Home Gym Checklist.

Hair:

Invisibobble: Knots, headaches, and hair fall out is all a thing of the past! The Invisibobble is the only hair tie you’ll ever need. Featured in our August box, these definitely won’t go down the rabbit hole that the rest of your hair elastics disappear to.

Ouidad Hair Care: If you have curly hair, you know it needs special attention. To tame her mane, Jennifer uses a variety of Ouidad’s haircare. Their travel size kit is perfect for your gym bag, travel bag, or well, any bag.

Face:

Vichy Pureté Thermale 3-in-1 One Step Solution: This one-step micellar water removes makeup, tones, and removes impurities in just a few swipes, making it perfect for the gym. Jen swears by makeup removal before working out with this product to avoid breakouts as well as that squeaky clean feeling.

La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water: Rich in selenium, a powerful antioxidant, this moisturizing spray is perfect for a refreshing spritz wherever you’re at. Jen notes it helps with that post-gym tomato face situation that inevitably happens every time.

Body:

Camelbak Eddy Water bottle: No need to tilt your head back, you can sip without all of that effort! Stay hydrated in style without breaking your budget, too. Plank position, downward dog, you name it, this bottle can handle it.

thinkThin Chunky Peanut Butter Protein Bar: Having a dose of protein is imperative after a good workout. thinkThin’s delicious bars will trick you into thinking you’re actually eating cake without the usual post-binge guilt. With 20g of protein and 0g of sugar, you’re bound to try every single flavor.

Instructor:

The last thing you may need is, well, an instructor! Luckily, Youtube is full of classes for any and every kind of workout. Here are our favorite personal instructors for light, intermediate, and hard-level workouts.

Yoga with Adriene

Breathe in, and out with Adriene through hundreds, and we mean, HUNDREDS, of free yoga content that she performs indoors. Bonus points, she has a dog and has a yoga routine you can do in bed! #neverleaving
